I'm going to write a book!

So, I've been meaning to write a book. It's on my bucket-list of things to do before I shuffle off this mortal coil, and since we never know when that'll happen I figured a snowy afternoon is as good a time as any to start.

So here's my topic: "Things That We Wish They Told Us in High School"

The objective is to write a book full of the things that we have learned in life that we feel SHOULD have been taught in high school but never was. There are probably lots of financial things based on the time value of money (starting retirement savings early, the cost of using credit when you don't pay off balances, the cost of a 30-year mortgage), the importance of credit (and how to start building it early), as well as just some life tips or advice that we wish someone had given us when we were starting out on our own.

Got anything good? Please share.
